  • 1 large egg

  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips (70% cocoa or higher)

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, mix the sweetener, almond butter, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the dark chocolate chips.
